Job Description
Within the telecom domain consulting division, Client is seeking a senior consulting or architect professional who is able to interact effectively with Client architect teams as well as solution design or technical implementation teams to define solution architecture and design frameworks with focus on OSS/BSS Service Assurance solution capabilities in ServiceNow based digital transformation program in B2B segment.

Required
-OSS/ BSS solution architect experience with solid understanding or design exposure in ServiceNow capabilities (CSM, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM and Portal) implementation
-Over 16 years of experience with substantial architect role experience in Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostic, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource), workforce management, self-service fulfilment) in global telecom operators
-Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum), JIRA & Confluence tools
-Good experience in TMF APIs (641, 638, 639, 637 etc) design & implementation in Service Assurance domain
-Exposure to AI/ML concepts or relevance in Service Assurance domains.

Essential skills
At least 10-12 years of experience in OSS/ BSS solution architect role with 1 or 2 year ServiceNow experience or ServiceNow functional knowledge or certification(s)
Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers
Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to define solutions for business or product or operations requirements.
ITIL Foundation certified
Knowledge of eTOM and TAM model
Understanding of Requirement Management tool (e.g. JIRA) & UML diagrams
Understanding of Agile way of working – User Story, Sprint model
Experience in OSS/ BSS domain applications or COTS
Understanding of Telecom products or services
Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
Development of custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, and dashboards
Solution Integration experience with other Applications and External systems
Exposure to development of SOAP and REST based web services used for custom development
Create supporting technical documentation and detailed design specifications
Knowledge about OOTB functionalities and the ability to discern when to configure over code
