- This role is responsible for implementation and deployment of SAP Asset Manager Mobility (SAM) Solution of the Enterprise First Global Template (built through SAP Mobility Cloud concepts).
Objectives are to ensure the deployment of the global template supporting the execution of related for the FLNA business processes related to S/4 EAM and cloud mobility product SAM.
This role will adopt and adhere to PEP SAFe Agile principles for the FLNA deployment project.

EAM Processes (L2) – functionally capable in S/4 HANA to support SAM:
• Plant Maintenance
• Fleet Maintenance
The role will be functionally capable in S/4 HANA EAM and the IAM SAP cloud space and support integration processes between S/4 and IAM processes and reports to the EAM lead.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Partner with the EAM Global Process Owner/Leads and Solution Owner/Leads to implement and deploy the SAM solution - Accountable
• Support design, build for SAM functionality of the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
• Collaborate with the EAM-IAM Process Leads and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the SAM FLNA Snacks – relevant Template – Consult/Execute
• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute`
• Collaborate with all value stream teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging PAM methodology – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute
• Along with scrum team identify, monitor, and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
• Adopt and adhere to PAM principles and values:
• Adopt development practices that focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
• Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
• Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer-review within value streams
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 5-10+ years of experience in solution implementation of SAP ECC and/ or S4 EAM (PM/FM)
• 2+ years of SAP SAM experience preferred
• Knowledge of SAP Work Manager on-prem solution a plus (SYCLO framework)
• Strong experience in end to end EAM Mobility design, development, and implementation
• Strong understanding of iOS/Android devices and application function, SSO technology (i.e. SiteMinder / Okta)
• Deep, broad functional and solution knowledge of SAP solution in EAM and SAP Cloud SAM product
• Knowledge of all master data objects and Maintenance processing functions required to support all SAM relevant processes
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan, Azure, ALM, ARIS
